East Grinstead Women’s Rugby is a friendly, inclusive and well established side, proud to welcome players from all backgrounds and experience levels. Whether you have played rugby for years, are returning to the sport or have never picked up a rugby ball before, there is a place for you in our team.
We are a supportive group with a wide range of abilities, united by our love of the game, teamwork and having fun. Our experienced and encouraging coaches create a positive environment where every player can learn, develop and build confidence at their own pace.
