SENIOR RUGBY
A really encouraging first outing for our senior mens squad, as 30 players put themselves forward to host Beccehamian Rugby in their first warm up of the season. Their visitors, from the next league level, were playing their fourth game and looked good. Leading at the half, the multiple G’s substitutions inevitably caused a bit of disruption, but how would G’s hold up? Click here for the match report: Match report

MEMBERSHIP
It’s that time of year again!!
Thank you so much to all who have renewed their membership via GMS already. However, there are many who have not yet done so.

Now we are set up with GMS, if you were a member last year it is a simple process, just log on to the East Grinstead portal by clicking here: GMS, sign in and buy your required membership from the list provided. Please also check that your contact details are up to date, especially your email.

It is vital that all members of the club renew before the season starts if you are wanting to play and enjoy the many perks of our club membership. One such perk is our new membership card that gives you discounts at the bar in the clubhouse.

To download your card to your phone, first renew your membership, then find the ‘Member Card’ button from the Quick Links section of your page, from here, you can simply click ‘Add to Wallet’ and the job is done. Show your card at the bar to enjoy your discount!!

There is so much going on as the new season commences. Here are some dates for your diaries - more information to follow.

27th September - Race night

17th October - Curry & Quiz Night

1st November - Halloween childrens party 4.30 - 6pm

1st November - Halloween fancy dress "Dead celebrities" & Disco 7pm onwards

14 & 15th November Christmas Fayre (14th, 5pm - 7.30 15th, 9am - midday)

20th December - Adults Christmas Party

21st December - Childrens Christmas Party

RED ROSES
After a barnstorming win in their opener against USA, the Red Roses go again on Saturday looking for their second win of the World Cup against Samoa. Kick off is at 5pm, so make sure you get to the club in plenty of time!
