The Funeral will take place on Wednesday 12th October 2022 at the Surrey and Sussex Crematorium at 12.00 (Balcombe Rd, Crawley RH10 3NQ)

After the funeral, the family have invited you back to East Grinstead Rugby Club, where we can gather to share our memories and stories.

The family requests that there should be family flowers only. The wearing of black for the funeral is optional.

Members and Friends of the East Grinstead Rugby Club are helping and supporting the family in difficult times and have requested that Donations are made to the Rugby Clubs bank account, sort code 60-07-17 account number 42611946 with the reference CLewis
