Based in the heart of Sussex, the club has a long history of growing grassroots rugby and developing talented players to an international level. Running two senior men’s teams, East Grinstead RFC is now seeking new members to join them.

Having previously competed at a national level, one of the club’s goals is to return to the London Leagues. Last season the squad made significant progress towards this, coming runners up in the Sussex Cup and securing a promotion playoff, which was curtailed by the lockdown. EG Colts development squad was unbeaten and within sight of winning both Premiership and Cup titles.

The club is used to bringing new talent into their squads and have a great induction process. With excellent facilities, an experienced coaching group, tailored fitness programmes and professional guest coach sessions to enhance learning, East Grinstead RFC are committed to providing players with a fun and challenging performance pathway.

Training sessions are held on Tuesdays & Thursdays, from 7.30pm-9.00pm at East Grinstead RFC, Gearon Pavilion, Saint Hill Road, East Grinstead, West Sussex RH19 4JU. Matches are played on Saturdays.
