As part of our ongoing club-wide partnership with Tough Mudder, things are going to get
seriously muddy next month. Open those diaries, block out Saturday 24th September and be prepared for a messy team adventure like no other. Tough Mudder have kindly given us 200 free kids tickets and 200 free adult spectator tickets to their Lidl Mudder, London South event which is just a stone’s throw from EGRFC HQ. Sounds interesting? Well, you’re going to need to be quick as we’ll be announcing full details and giving them out on a first come, first serve basis very soon.

So what is Lidl Mudder? It is a 1-mile muddy adventure, packed full of fun, challenging and
exciting obstacles to give kids aged 5-12 the chance to work as a team and get a Lidl dirty. Kids can run the course up to 3 times during their 45-minute ‘time slot’ and taste adventure (and mud) like no other. We’re viewing this day as the perfect season opener for the mini and junior club, to bring together our players and members, have some fun and work on our teamwork ready for the season ahead. Hopefully we’ll see as many of you there as possible.

Here are some finer details to help your early planning:

The event date is Saturday 24th September 2022

The tickets the club has been given are for the 3pm and 4pm waves at Tough Mudder’s London South event. We’ve been advised we’ll need to arrive at least 1hr before our start times to register etc.

All kids will need to be accompanied by an adult so we will issue 1 free kids ticket with 1 free spectator ticket.

The address for the London South Event is Holmbush Estate, Crawley Road, Faygate, West Sussex, RH12 4SE (just 25mins from Saint Hill).

We’ll work with coaches on interest and ticket allocation and we will announce full details of how you can sign up very soon.
