From 1.30pm this Sunday (12 May) at the Junior Prize Giving Day, members of EGRFC Social Touch Rugby group are getting together to have a pass around and are inviting men and women of all abilities to come and give it a go.

So if you are between 18 or 80, a beginner or seasoned player, why not bring your trainers and a sense of humour and see what this fantasic social group is all about.

Touch rugby is a fantastic way to keep fit or get fit, without really thinking about it. It's a lot easier to play a game with your mates for an hour than run for an hour!

No rucks, no mauls and no scrums but all the fitness benefits of the full-contact game, as well as a great social.
