Cash Prizes
It’s very easy to take part. Each month a '200 Club' draw will be made and three prizes will be awarded:

1st Prize £125.00
2nd Prize £50.00
3rd Prize £25.00

PLUS, at Christmas there will be 3 special BIG draws, the amount of the monthly cash pay outs is dependent on the number of participants.

Not less than 50% of monies received are paid in cash prizes. The rest is to provide funding for the on-going needs of the club, particularly rugby equipment and facilities.

Fundraising
Profits will go to support YOUR rugby club and are used entirely towards providing rugby for all. In the past it has funded one-off purchases such as training equipment and paid for refurbishment works.

How do I play?
For just £5 a month!

GoCardless gives you the ability to simply set up a regular monthly direct debit payment. You can set up more than one direct debit if you want to purchase more than one ball number. You can cancel your membership at any time.

Who can play?
Our '200 Club' is open to all paying members of East Grinstead RFC or a parent/guardian/carer paying for an East Grinstead RFC player.

The number of rugby number balls are restricted as we only have 200 and we already have members on board!

To play you must be aged 18 or over.

How it works
Once you have set up your direct debit the Club will allocate you, your rugby number ball/s. These number/s will be exclusive to you and will not change throughout your membership. You will be notified of your number/s by email and entered automatically into the next draw.

Each month numbers between 1 and 200 are randomly generated by a computer in the presence of two Club officials and those numbers are the winners!

The owner of the winning rugby number ball will receive their prize paid by cheque and are back in for the next draw. Please make sure your address details are correct on Pitchero. All winnings will be paid out within two weeks of the draw.

There is no limit to the number of times an individual might win or the amount of rugby number balls you have (if the numbers are available)!

How will I know if I've won?
The results of the draws are posted on the East Grinstead RFC website. So, keep an eye out to see if you’re a winner! You will also be notified via a ‘WINNERS’ email.
