As of 1 October 2020, ALL memberships will run annually from 1 October to 31 May. Monthly rates will now be for 8 months not 12 months – payments start 1 October 2020.

Over the last few years, the club have had numerous parents and members cancel their 12-month subscription early sometimes by as much as 4 months therefore reducing their membership cost and income to the club. At the last review we had only collected 76% of membership funds due.

Your membership fees are fundamental to ensure the club is run successfully and significantly helps our rugby development at all levels.

URGENT - WHAT WE NEED OUR MEMBERS TO DO

For 2020/2021 Season the system changes and we need ALL members to do the following:

Immediately AFTER 1st September 2020, NOT BEFORE, please CANCEL your current club subscription if you are paying monthly. We would like everyone to start a fresh payment plan even if your rate is not changing.

After cancelling, please sign up for a NEW membership, BEFORE 1st October 2020. Please do this ONLINE via the East Grinstead RFC website – ‘Memberships, Subs & Supporters’ click here for link: https://www.egrfc.com/payments. New membership options are either Annual payment or Monthly payment (8 months – October to May.

We have 4 Membership Categories please use the correct one.

Junior Membership U6-U11
Intermediate and Colts Membership
Senior Membership
Non-Playing and Social Membership

Voting membership is required to purchase International tickets and for onsite parking.
