I’m a mum and a wife first and foremost. My family is my everything.
Why do you play rugby?
I have played rugby since I was 12. I play because I love the game. It is a great release from everyday life and it is a great way to socialise with the awesome women I play rugby with alongside getting fit and playing the wonderful game that is rugby.

James Haskell.

What’s your favourite rugby moment?
I have two. When I received my letter to say I’d made it to the South East Rugby Team and when EGRFC reformed their Women’s Rugby Teams and stepping back onto the pitch after a break from the game with such an awesome team!
What’s your advice to new players?
This game is for you. Even if you think it isn’t. This game build confidence, fitness, friendships and you gain a whole new family from your team and club. Just get to your local club and give it a go. It could be the best decision you have ever made. EGRFC will welcome you with all the support needed whether you are a complete novice or a returning player.
What is the Best Thing About East Grinstead RFC?
EGRFC has always been where I have played from day one. The club, the teams and the community from juniors to seniors are all there for the same reason, because rugby is what they love. A warm welcome and a great sense of community.
