Should you be unable to provide your guests’ names at time of booking, kindly note they will be required prior to your tickets being distributed. You should also ensure that your membership is up to date prior to tickets being distributed – such is checked and in the past tickets have been resold to other Club members whose subscriptions are up to date. The member requesting tickets must also be attending the match requested. Club members include the parents/carers of mini and intermediate players, colts and adult players and social members.

The Club makes an administration fee of £20.00 for each premium ticket, £10.00 for each other ticket.

Payment
Once your request has been placed you will be advised how many tickets you have been allocated, the total cost including the administration fee and the date when payment is due which is well before the match date. In this instance it will probably be a date in October 2019.

RFU Terms & Conditions
All tickets supplied are subject to the RFU ticket terms and conditions (a copy is available on the web site: www.eticketing.co.uk/rfu/Common/CustomerNotice/TermsAndConditions). No member may sell or dispose of their tickets to anyone, if they are not required for the member’s personal use. They should be returned to me and they will be offered to other Club members or the RFU for resale. Refunds are only given if the tickets are resold. If you request 2 (or more) tickets the Club will want to know who will be accompanying you to the game and may request the tickets back after the match.

The RFU have also issued the following warning:
During the past couple of years, the use of social media network sites (for example Facebook and Twitter), have seen a large number of people placing photographs of their match tickets for high profile events as a way of making people aware they are attending the match. Unfortunately, this has resulted in a number of tickets being subsequently copied and advertised illegally for sale to 3rd parties on unofficial sites. Therefore, and to avoid any situation arising from possible misappropriation of tickets, the RFU advise that members and their guests refrain from placing photographs of allocated tickets on all web sites.

In both the above cases our Club could, unknowingly, be found guilty of contravening the Ticket Application Conditions. Should any of EGRFC allocated tickets be discovered on the black market the RFU may sanction our Club. This would probably lead to a loss of any future ticket allocations. Please let me know if you have any questions as to what you are entitled to do with the ticket(s) issued to you.

To aid your selection - Premium tickets are in the lower & middle tiers – East & West stand, whereas Category 4 tickets are to the rear of the Upper tier mainly in the North & South stands. However seat location is on a best endeavours basis at the time of purchase. Seats close to the halfway line are virtually impossible to source. Please note that the rake of the seats in the Upper tier is steep and some people may find this unnerving. We would advise against booking in the Upper tier for anyone with children under 8. Children must be supervised at all times.
