4. Unaudited Financial Report for the year ended 30th April 2018.Audited accounts will be presented to a General Meeting to be called in August/September 18.
5. Report on the activities of the Club since the previous Annual General Meeting.
6. To re-appoint the auditors of the Club.
7. To elect the President, Chairman, Vice Chairman, Secretary, Treasurer and to appoint any elected directors in accordance with Article 47.
8. To approve the appointment of new Honorary Vice Presidents in recognition for outstanding contribution or long service to the Club.
9. To re-elect current Vice Presidents.
10. Any other business.
