The men’s senior sides are consistently putting out two full squads and hopefully a third team in 2019, although it seems finding competition may be difficult! It is an exciting time to see these squads develop under the guidance of our new coaching structure. It also gives us all great pleasure to see a ladies team in EGRFC again and of course we will continue to support their development.

The juniors and intermediates continue to thrive with numbers increasing across the age groups and the girl’s team is growing all the time.

Thank you to all the coaches and admins for the time they give up to nurture the players across all teams and help them fulfil their rugby dreams!

EGRFC is run by volunteers and I and the other directors would like to extend our thanks to everybody who helps keep this club alive and prospering.

At the same time, I would like to thank our incredibly valuable facilities and administration teams in the work that they do to market, manage and facilitate functions at the club.

It just leaves me to wish you all a very merry Christmas and a happy prosperous and exciting 2019.
