1. Apologies for absence.

2. Minutes of the last meeting.

3. Matters arising.

4. Brief Financial update for the year ended 30th April 2019. Full audited accounts to be presented at next EGM.

5. Report on the activities of the Club since the previous Annual General Meeting.

6. To re-appoint the auditors of the Club.

7. To elect the President, Chairman, Vice Chairman, Secretary, Treasurer and to appoint any elected directors in accordance with Article 47.

8. To approve the appointment of new Vice Presidents in recognition for outstanding contribution or long service to the Club.

9. To re-elect current Vice Presidents.

10. Any other business.
