On Friday 22nd of May 2015, East Grinstead Rugby Football Club would like to welcome all members, players, friends and family of the club, both past and present to attend the Annual Awards Dinner & Dance evening to be held in the grand marquee in the grounds of East Grinstead Rugby Club.

The event was previously advertised as being at the Effingham Copthorne Hotel but was changed after consulting club members.

Tickets will cost £35 per person and include a complimentary 'welcome' drink on arrival and a superb 3 course meal in the grand marquee.

A fantastic local band will also provide the musical backdrop to a great evenings entertainment.

Should you wish to be seated with certain friends of family can we ask that you book in large groups or better still in tables of 10 people only.

Please do book as early as possible as we expect a great deal of interest in this event now the event has been moved to the club.

The event is celebration for the whole club and all those associated with EGRFC. We do hope you will join us for what should be a fantastic evening.
