Under 7's

All children welcome every week. The only limitation is that the children must be under 7 on the 1st September 2008.

The only time that we are restricted on numbers is when we attend festivals where we are limited to teams of ten or twelve children.

We play Tag Rugby encouraging the skills associated with running, passing and catching. The aim is to establish a base set of skills to enable the children to partake in the spirit of rugby.

Our primary aim is to encourage the children to have FUN.

Equipment Needed

Please ensure that the children wear sports clothing with appropriate footwear (ideally football or rugby boots).

The Club will provide shirts in club colours which need to be returned at the end of the season.

As the weather gets colder please bring warmer cloths, gloves and waterproofs.

Most important please remember to bring a snack and drink for the children.

Tag belts, balls and coaching equipment are provided by the club.

Parental Contribution

We encourage parents to join in and actively look for assistance during coaching sessions. Please let me know if you want to get involved with coaching the children.
