Another side with a great history with the Sunshine Sevens - and have always helped with our fundraising. Won the tournament in 1981 and then had to wait until 2005 to win it again.

The team was set-up just over 50 years ago to raise money, on a charitable basis, to assist rugby players who had suffered spinal injuries. Now it aims to assist all sportsmen who have suffered severe injury.

Over the years the team has competed in and won several of the major tournaments including Amsterdam, Cologne, Aberaeron and East Grinstead in 2005. Notable previous captains and players include John Dawes, John Taylor ,Peter Winterbottom, and Jonathon Davies.

The squad for this tournament will be captained by Mat Jones of Llanelli. The remaining members being largely made up from London Welsh and other Middlesex clubs.
