A beautiful sunny day for awards for a great season

The sun was shining at last on our U7 squad as they took to the stage to receive their awards. There were medals and awards for every body.

Our four main prizes were awarded to the player of the year and most improved player of the year in both the U6 and U7 age groups.

Harry, Oliver, Louie and Alex were the proud recipients of these trophies.

All players received a medal for their efforts. There were also festival certificates along with team photos which were given out.

There were some special certificates given to the leading try scorers and personalities of the year along with clubman of the year which was split four ways this season.

Once again I am proud to say that the standard of Rugby in the U7/U6 squad has really improved this season and that the coaches have had a great time working with the squad.

Every body has trained hard and has deserved the praise that they received at both the Sussex and Crowborough festivals.

We can't wait until next year when we have to do it all again.
