London Scottish have a rich history with the Sunshine 7's and have won it in four times 1974 - 75 - 89 - 98.

London Scottish have now returned to National League rugby and this has taken some really hard work by players and staff alike having made this move from Level 9 in 2000 - 01 season.

We look forward to a great day of Sevens and giving a good account of ourselves. Player to watch - Matt Heeks, our Scotland Under-20 scrum-half, - but some developing talent will be on show.
