Colours: Claret and Light Blue

The Club was founded in 1933 by members of the Sussex Yeomanry, a territorial army regiment. The Club became Hove Rugby Club shortly after the Second World War.

Winning the Sunshine 7's Plate in 2005, they are hoping to do as well this year.

They are well aware of the task ahead and are fielding a strong squad, but are keeping the final line up to themselves, so as not to give too many trade secrets away.
