Heath always a regular and in the mix of any Sevens tournament - they won the Sunshine Sevens in 1999 - also picking up the Plate in 1997 and 2003.

Fresh from celebrating their Promotion back into London 1 they bring with them a new crop of talent.

Dave Wattam who played in the last time they won at the Sunshine's - will be the "old" wise head keeping up with the younguns.

Jo Hoare who at seventeen made his first team debut a few weeks ago, has a great future.

James Trevis another product of the Heath Youth factory is now embedded in the Firsts.
